1OAK Nightclub Las Vegas is a hip-hop club in the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Vegas, which was opened on New Year's Eve in 2011. The nightclub is an excellent place to serve as an ultimate and after-dark innovation as it is a place to introduce Las Vegas nightlife scenes to the excitement and sophistication of a New York City style night out. The 1oak brand is established in New York, LA, and Vegas. Enter the resort from Las Vegas's boulevard, walk with two bronzed mermaid statues, and turn right; continue straight ahead to the front desk; 1OAK will be on your left next to the escalators.
This 16,000 square foot venue has 1581 person capacity, 64 VIP seats, 2 gateways, and 2 rooms; with 3 sections on 1 floor including VIP Lounge, Main Room, and Exist Lounge. Formerly known as Jet Nightclub, which was closed on September 6, 2011, New York inspired nightmare was built in a partnership that was actually the second of its kind. Contemporary artist Roy Nachum was employed as creative director on this project so that everyone can enjoy seeing any of the 13 paintings displayed on the walls.
This nightclub is completely designed around its dance floor; 1OAK knows how to offer a full night of fun in a smaller space. This nightclub is not like all others, here in Vegas. 1OAK is the only club that plays most of the hip-hop and top 40. Therefore, if you are tired of electronic music in clubs, 1OAK is for you. If you are looking for a place to relax, then it is good to get a table so that you can rest your dancing shoes; but parties rotating in the bar and the lounge area can set slightly more than the rest of the club. This is a great alternative to a table, but it will be difficult to find open seating in this area.
The dance floor itself is the best place to be. When a resident plays DJ, everyone becomes a hotspot, who really goes dancing nightclubs. DJ is up close and personal with the crowd, and the light amplifies energy throughout the night. This is the type of club where strangers become good friends when they push each other to drink next to them. It is cool to relax and enjoy the music if you decide whether you want to move to dance floor or not. Therefore, if you are seeking for the electronic music in clubs, 1OAK is for you. Especially for men, 1OAK nightclub needs the dress code to ensure entry to the club. To avoid any problems entering the club, it recommends that men wear nice pants or jeans, a collared shirt or sports coats and dress shoes. Avoid shorts, sandals, hats, and athletic attire.
