If the location of this sexy London nightclub seems familiar, that's because it is in the location of the Soho Revue bar, but the inside will be nothing like what you remember! The Box is considered one of the hottest clubs in London, a stunning burlesque club, and the place to be seen. From the outside it may seem a little cold, the large mysterious door letting you known that this is one of the most exclusive Soho night clubs. But as soon as you walk in you will find that it is warm and inviting to those on its guest list!

The bouncers and waiters will greet you with a smile, and stepping through the door you will immediately feel at home. The Box nightclub in Soho, London, is an exclusive London boutique club known for its risqué performances. Despite its location as one of few clubs in the heart of Soho, it is not a gay bar, or a conventional showroom. Instead, it is a delicious medley of sexy fun, a hot club environment, and bizarre and astonishing acts, that will leave you totally wowed. If you want all the beauty of cabaret shows, burlesque, and a table top show, but with none of the sleaziness that scares many party-goers, then The Box Soho is the place to be. You can enjoy the latest music, stunning dancers and performers, all in a warm and friendly, clean, upbeat environment.

The Box London is based on its sister venue, The Box in New York, and celebrities that have been seen in this venue include Lady Gaga and Keira Knightley. As for The Box Soho, it has seen numerous celebrities, not least of all Prince Harry himself! The Box nightclubs are some of the most stunning and exclusive in the world. If you want to mingle with celebrities and London's rich and famous this is the place to be. But if you want to make it onto the guest list you might need to put in a bit of elbow grease. It is notoriously one of the harder clubs to get into, and you might be on the waiting list a while before you are considered a guest. You can definitely not just show up and get in!

The Box nightclub in the heart of Soho will provide you with a full service if you book them. They can personalize your entertainment, drinks, food, and seating arrangements depending on whether you are hosting a hen night, birthday party, or product launch. Just be warned that whatever you book it for, expect some freakiness. This is considered one of the strangest experiences in all of London night life.

If there is not a show going you might be deceived into thinking it is an everyday club, playing house, R&B, hip hop, and standard chart music for an eager dance floor, subtle decor, and drinks flowing. From the outside it looks and sounds like a perfectly ordinary London nightclub. But from inside the club is quirky and sexy, standing out from most of London, and when the show starts you will quickly find out how The Box gets its reputation.

The Box does not offer a direct guest list, making it very unique. And what need for a guest list when you have people queuing around the corner all day and all night to get in! The downside to this is that you might feel like you're competing against all of London if you choose to queue outside. The upside to this is that if you get on a guest list such as the one offered by Clubbable, you are in, and will receive the most extravagant experience Soho's nightclubs have to offer.

The Box Dress Code for the members of the Box guest list is chic and sexy in heels for the ladies and smart casual with elegant shoes for the gentlemen. The club management reserves the right to refuse entry when requirements are not met.

The Box also exists in New York which can also be found in the Clubbable app: The Box in New York

THE DRESS CODE AT THE BOX

Dress codes can be confusing, so let us help you with our detailed, visual guides!

What is recommended:
The recommended look is the best one not just to get you in, but to make you feel at home.

Located in the heart of Soho, guests at The Box nightclub naturally love showing off their own unique, sexy, edgy styles. The men generally wear smart shirts with blue or black jeans, leather or denim jackets, smart polished leather shoes, and men's jewellery.

The ladies generally wear cute little dresses, from leather skater dresses to cocktail dresses, or a nice sexy top with jeans or leggings. Jewellery is generally bold statement pieces. Hair and make up really depends on the woman and the event, it's all down to personal taste.

What is allowed:
The allowed clothes are the full range of what will get you through the door.

Sexy and relaxed attire for men includes:
-smart blue or black jeans

-button down shirts (long or short sleeve)

-polo shirts

-sweaters

-smart leather or denim jackets

-smart leather (or faux leather) shoes

Sexy and relaxed attire for women includes:
-minidresses

-miniskirts

-crop tops

-mesh and sheer clothes

-leather and pleather clothes

-bare legs or fishnets

-any shoe with a heel 2"-10" tall

What is a grey area:
The grey area are clothes that might be allowed some days/events and not others, or that are at the discretion of door staff. In short, if you happen to be in the area, wearing these clothes and want to check the club out, then maybe see if you can. You might get lucky. But if you are actually planning a night here? Avoid these and go for something closer to the dress code.

Distressed look clothes are a grey area. Although some distressed look clothes, like women's cutoff denim shorts, or slashed leggings, can look great and might be let in, most of the time they will get you turned away.

What is forbidden:
These clothes will get you turned away at the door, even if you are on the guest list, have a table with bottle service reserved, and it's your birthday. Sorry.

No t-shirts. T-shirts can be worn underneath button down shirts, but really, because the button down shirts worn here tend to be more relaxed and trendy, it's better to just stick with the shirt on its own, or with a vest.

No women's flats. Women must be in heels to be allowed in.

No trainers or sneakers. No trainers for men or women. Women's converses might be allowed depending on how stylish they are, but it's wiser to just avoid all trainers and sneakers.

No sportswear. Absolutely no tracksuits, football shirts, sports jerseys, etc.
