Designed by The late Greg Jordan, former designer of Trump and New York Socialites, Boulevard3 appeared as a mix of "modern-day fingers with the English Manor House". It is a mixture of the old worldwide charm and digital generation appeal. With a wonderful luxury hotel-like boutique, a high-strength crowd and fun taco and chocolate-covered strawberry-like wonders, Boulevard3 is a unique Hollywood dance venue, which offers a unique clubbing experience. From the funky stage, the performer and go-go dancers reflect the pool. Boulevard3 is a refreshingly unpretentious club with a young 20s crowd. Entering on the Sunset Boulevard, guests pass through a large iron gate - a "door within the door". It represents a theme that spreads the property to a natural landscape in the English language. At the centre, a pair of reflective pools sits a 20ft wide fireplace, which seems to float on a flame of water.
Although DJs are an integral part of the experience, Famulari Boulevard3 envisions more interactive experiences that differ. A close "manor library" takes guests inside Boulevard3.
