GROWTH AND MARKETING MANAGER

Experienced marketing professional to lead growth initiatives and scale our nightlife platform across European markets.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Work directly with the CEO to execute growth strategy, managing partnerships, marketing campaigns, and content creation. High autonomy with significant impact on company expansion.

LOCATION: Lisbon, Portugal

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute marketing campaigns for user acquisition and engagement

* Create and oversee content production (video, social media, email, graphics)

* Establish and manage partnerships with venues, promoters, and event organizers

* Coordinate with development team to align product and marketing initiatives

* Analyze performance data and optimize strategies

* Lead weekly marketing syncs with CEO and development team to align priorities

REQUIREMENTS

* 5+ years in marketing, business development, or growth roles

* Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities independently

* Experience managing freelancers and external vendors

* Experience with photo/video editing preferred but not required

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Based in or willing to relocate to Lisbon area for weekly syncs meetings

* Fluent in English; Portuguese language skills are a plus

* Comfortable in fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
