LIV opened its door in 2008 for the first time. Miami Marketing Group, being the owner of LIV nightclub, operates it. Grutman owns the LIV hotel and nightclub. He is the CEO and operating partner of the Miami Marketing Group. LIV 4441 Collins Avenue is located in Miami beach; it can be found inside the extraordinary Fontainebleau Hotel in North Miami Beach.

Club LIV is Open on Wednesday through the nightclubs and Sunday night; as is mostly required in Southern Nightclubs.
LIV has four full-service bars in the club. Two are situated on the main floor, surrounding the VIP sections, and two upstairs servicing the six exclusive skyboxes. All times are stocked thoroughly; South Beach has the offer to serve up the hottest cocktails. Over 18,000 square feet, LIV Miami has a capacity of 1,200 people, which offers views from the main dance floor or from the private six VIP Skybox scenes from upstairs.
