Nightlife Events Intern

Location: Remote, with travel Type: Internship (part-time, with potential to grow) Start date: Immediate

Help plan and run nightlife events through the Clubbable app. The role is mostly coordination, guest management, and content — evenings and weekends, from wherever you are based.

What you’ll do

• Plan and support events such as club nights, private gatherings, and yacht parties using the Clubbable app.
• Work with promoters, venue staff, and guests to confirm details and keep events running smoothly.
• Manage guest lists and coordinate with venues on timing, capacity, and on-site needs.
• Capture and post event content: live updates, photos, and short clips for Instagram and the Clubbable channels.
• Build working relationships with club managers, promoters, and partner brands as events come up.

What we’re looking for

• Comfortable talking to people and working in busy social settings.
• Organized and able to juggle several details at once.
• Able to create simple social content and use Instagram and the Clubbable app.
• Available for evenings and weekends, and willing to travel for events.
• No prior experience required.
