All pool reservations must be prepaid to be confirmed.
In case of cancellation, written notice must be given at least 24 hours before booking. A credit voucher will be provided for use at the same place for the same value for the duration of the season.
Tables in the restaurant are reserved for a 2-hour experience and will be held 15 minutes from the time of booking before being released.
In the event of a no-show, a cancellation policy of €50 per person will be charged to the credit card details provided to secure the booking.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests who dress inappropriately. Sportswear is not permitted.
Gentlemen wearing sleeveless shirts are not permitted entry. The wearing of burkinis is not permitted.

To ensure a hygienic and safe environment, please note that it is necessary to wear shoes and cover up with a dress or t-shirt while in the restaurant.
We do not accept hen or stag party paraphernalia, and groups of this nature are not permitted in uniform or matching attire.
Small dogs will be admitted in their appropriate carrier/bag.
