Villa Sul Mare yacht scam by Juan llimona

We happily booked the Villa Sul Mare yacht for one of our clients to enjoy a few days of yachting around Ibiza.

They yacht was paid for in full upfront plus the customary ADA to the owner and broker Juan llimona with phone number +34629717185 and Twitter profile: https://twitter.com/juanllimona

Days before scheduled departure we were told by the owner that the yacht had broken down and there were no possibility to use it as booked.

There was no attempt in trying to arrange a replacement boat. Luckily we managed to book another boat ro keep the client happy.

However, owner and broker Juan llimona promised he would return the money paid which he never did and also stopped replying to messages and calls.

We had to engage lawyers to eventually get the money back. We are happy to connect you with the lawyer we used if you have been exposed to the same scam.

Update: Since this post we have been contacted by other victims whom have been through a similar experience with him so it really seems like this is something he does on purpose in hope that people will walk away. Dont. We did not.

Now Juan is threatening with lawyers if we dont take this down which we have promised we will do if he just covered the 2k legal bill we had for getting him to pay back.
